- Rates include
* The use of the Villa with water, electricity, and gas for cooking. 
* Bed-linen and Towels.
* The use of the Swimming Pool ( opened form the middle of June until the middle of September)
* Internet and fax machine
* Free pick up at the exit of the highway to lead you to the villa more info
* English Speaking Customer Care available 24 hours during your stay more info
* A welcome basket with Italian products (wines, pasta, sausages...) more info
* Swimming Pool maintenance
* Lawn maintenance
* Animals are allowed with no restrictions



- Rates exclude
* Final cleaning (100 Euro)
* Telephone – .15 cents each unit
Around 2 Euro per hour for the internet if using the dialup 56k connection.
No charge if using the dsl / wi-fi connection
* Extra bed, costs 225 Euro each week (free if the villa is booked 2 months in advance)
* Everything else not mentioned in "Rates Include"



- Other
* Baby cots are available, free of charge, upon request before arrival.
* High chairs are available, free of charge, upon request before arrival.
* A tennis table table is available, free of charge, upon request before arrival.
* PS2 (Play station 2) console is available, free of charge, upon request before arrival. No videogames are provided.


- Arrival and departure
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during high season. 

Check in: 7 PM
Check out: 9 AM


 - Payments, deposits, cancellations and refunds
Payment Options: Swift money transfer, Paypal (+3%)
Deposits: Half of the rental fee due at time of booking. Euro300 security deposit.
Balance and security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations and Refunds: Full refund if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival.
