Yes fo the washer, no for the dryer. We're not used to dryers in Italy, we provide a rack wich you can use to dry your colothes out at the sun. back to the faq What are the beds like in Italy? Beds in Italy are often a little shorter than standard US beds. It is also common to push two twin beds together instead of having a single king size bed. back to the faq How will we know how to find the property? You will get directions to the property at the time of booking. There will always be someone that will lead you from our meeting point to the villa to let you in and show you the property in detail.  back to the faq Is there a price break for rentals longer than a week? All our "specials" are in the last minute offers page with good deals on certain weeks in the year and on the length of the holiday. Prices Include: * The use of the Villa with water, electricity, and gas for cooking.  * Bed-linen and Towels and the final cleaning. * The use of the Swimming Pool. * Internet and fax machine * Free pick up at the exit of the highway to lead you to the villa more info * English Speaking Customer Care available 24 hours during your stay more info * A welcome basket with italian products (wines, pasta, sausages...) more info * Animals are allowed with no restrictions Prices Not Include: * Final Cleaning - 100 Euro * Telephone – .15 cents each unit Around 2 Euro a hour for the internet connection to the local provider * Extra bed, costs 225 Euro each week Other: * The cot for children is available, free of charge. * A tennis table table is free upon request back to the faq What are the terms and conditions for your property rentals? Payment Options: Bank Wire Check in 7 PM / Check out 9 AM.  Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during high season.  The prices include: electricity, gas for cooking, bed-linen, Towels and the final cleaning. Rates do not include the telephone (€ .15 each unit). Cancellations and Refunds : Full refund if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival. Deposits : Payment is made by wire transfer. Half of the rental fee due at time of booking. €300 security deposit.
