Welcome to Tuscany, where your holidays will mix art,
history and nature. I'm Lorenzo and I'll be your guest
during your website tour and your holidays at the villa.
We provide a free 24 hours a day "English Speaking
Guest Care" for any of your needs.
With this service we'll assure you that an Italian/English
speaking person is always ready to help you while in
Tuscany; a private cell phone
number will be available at any hour of the day and night
for any emergency or help.
I've been several times in the U.K.
to study English (Epson, Wimbledon, Southampton...)
and holidays.
I was also an exchange student in the USA in 1991 living in
Grand Forks (North Dakota) and attending Sacred Heart High School in
East Grand Forks (Minnesota).
I live in Florence but I'll be reachable 24/24 by cell phone
to assist you for any kind of need during
your holidays at the villa.
When you rent La
Nievolina you receive a full personal service:
- We Pick you up at the highway exit to lead you to the
villa on your arrival to let you immediately recognize the
roads and check the driving directions we'll send at the
time of booking.
- At the villa you'll find a basket with Italian products
as pasta (spaghetti, penne or maccheroni), some kinds of
tomato sauce, white and red Chianti wine, biscuits and
marmalade...
The fridge will be packed with at least 10 bottles of cool
natural water and milk.

above.
- We plan with you the best means of transportations to
reach every part of the region. We always provide the
train timetable from Montecatini to Florence.
- Swimming Pool manteinance
- Lawn manteinance for the park among olive trees where
you can walk, hike or simply sit and relax.
